All orders can be canceled until shipment is made. If you paid for your order and would like to update or cancel, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the packaging process has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
You can request a refund if:
- You did not receive the product within the promised time (45 business days not including 2-5 days preparation for shipping)
- You have received other product
- You do not want the product you received (you must return the product in the package without using it, and you will have to pay the shipping costs)
We will give you credit if:
- Your shipment to the destination will not be due to any malfunctions you control (e.g., wrong shipping address)
- Your delivery will not arrive at the destination due to circumstances beyond our control (customs problems, postponed due to natural disasters).
